The service plan is organized into 3 different sections to streamline the process for clients. It is crucial to gather important information about an individual to be able to provide the best care possible.

Program Service Structure

Gathering information about yourself is one of the key factors to know what will work best for you and your health. There are many different diet options available to you and it is important to have the right kind of plan in order for progress to occur to reach your goals.

Everyone is unique and we all require different needs depending on our lifestyle. Though the attention and focus will be the same with everyone, we will tailor-make your own personalized nutrition plan for what you're trying to achieve.

3-Step Assessment Process:

  • Individualized Nutritional Profile (INP)
  • Food Evaluation/Analysis (FEA)
  • Nutritional Recommendations and Planning (NRP)

The (INP) is considered the first appointment/meeting after the (IC) and both can be completed within the same day. The (FEA) will take up to a week to complete and be submitted. The (NRP) is a follow-up appointment to finalize the 3-Step Assessment Process.

If the client wishes to continue services with Nomtrition after the 3-Step Assessment Process with the provided recommendations and dietary suggestions, counseling sessions are available.

Counseling Sessions (CS)

The sessions are designed to keep members on track and to create accountability to ensure individual goals are met. Proper guidance is a major aspect when it comes to support because it will provide focus and motivation during difficult times and situations.

Nutritional education, coaching, and lifelong understanding of our biology are one of the many topics of discussion within the sessions. Members are more likely to be successful in accomplishing their health goals with consistent support and maintaining their dietary plan.

The meetings can be held weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
